The CONVERSip Smart Console gives real time visual status of all phone activity locally and at remote sites. Intuitive icon status show precisely who’s on the phone, in DND, out of the office, in a meeting and other states that are very helpful to any CONVERSip Smart Console user. Based on a Client/Server architecture, all users on the LAN/WAN may have a CONVERSip Smart Console associated with their phone. And through the familiar Window® user interface, training is a breeze and productivity is undoubtedly increased. Helping Companies Work Seamlessly Whether your company is organized in groups, departments, or locations, the CONVERSip Smart Console can help. Create multiple views and arrange employees in each view that best represent the organization of your company. At a glance, view the status of telephones per group, department, or remote location. Forefront Security Security is taking front seat for many companies, and the CONVERSip Smart Console provides advanced reporting and notification features. Emergency numbers that are dialed from any phone, whether local or from a remote location, are instantly displayed via a screen pop in conjunction with a PC alarm notification. Optionally, emergency calls may be automatically recorded on each occurrence. |
Intuitive Call Control CONVERSip Smart Console users have access to simple and advanced telephony functions by intuitive point-and-click actions, which illustrate the ease of operation of this feature.
Productivity Enhancing Features The database screen pop assists in providing superior customer service, since customers’ phone numbers and information are shown on the service agent’s PC screen before the call is answered. In addition, leverage on the CONVERSip TAPI driver to dial out from any TAPI compliant application (i.e., Outlook®, ACT®, Goldmine®, etc.). Management Features When allowed by class-of-service, CONVERSip Smart Console users may generate call reports from their desktop. Call Reports are displayed on the screen, exported to common standard files and are printable on any printer on the LAN/WAN. CONVERSip Smart Console users may change names of employees, change forwarding options of any telephone, and toggle phone state between "Out of Office" and "In Office". These operations are performed by simple mouse clicks.
